Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Australia.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sponsor with respect to the Giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Refunds

Our money-back guarantee policy is as follows: Upon purchasing our services, a 30% deposit is required. We will then commence production on your first render and present it to you within a period of 14 days. You will have a period of 7 days to decide whether you wish to request a refund or continue with the production of the remaining renders.
